A heavy-duty and versatile crushing machine which may be configured to the customer’s requirements.
• Rockmonster 1100 x 800 Jaw Crusher
The crusher features stepless mechanical/hydraulic adjustment enabling the operator to quickly change settings. There are no shims to change or bolts to re-tighten during the adjustment procedure.
Welding has been kept to a minimum in the design. The massive front wall and cross beam are special heat treated castings that are bolted and pinned into position. This method of construction avoids stress concentration often found in welded components.
• Feeder
Standard fitment - 4.4m x 1.06m stepped grizzly.
Options include double deck grizzly, pan feeder and live pre-screen,
wobbler feeder etc.
• Hopper
Welded construction, Hardox wear plate inners. 8.5 cubic metres nominal capacity. Hydraulically raised/lowered for transport.
• Product Conveyor
1200mm belt width, EP630/4 6+2 endless belt. EP500/3 8+2 ripstop option.
Discharge height 4m.
EP400/3 3+1.5 endless belt.
Overband magnet option discharges to left or right side.
• Dirt Conveyor
Folding transportable fitment can be configured to left or right side discharge.
Extended (non-transportable) option available.
• Power Pack
CAT C13 DIT ATAAC Stage IIIA. Alternative engine options available including Tier4 interim/Euro IIIb and alternative manufacturers.
Large capacity fuel tank, 550l nominal.
• Hydraulic System
Main system Sauer Danfoss closed loop hydrostatic to crusher drive and tracks. Options available.
Features of system: Soft start/stop of crusher, unblocking feature, reverse running, proportional steering.
• Radio Remote Control Functions
Start/stop crusher, remote shut-down, start/pause feeder, proportional steering
• Control System
Both engine and plant are controlled by PLC with clear display screen.
Additional control options such a ultrasonic/Doppler level control is available.
• Chassis
Of web and flange welded construction, the T88i BX400 Chassis is British made and being of modular construction, has removable sub-frames to assist in transport and also permits fitment of a variety of feeder and post-screen options.

• Feed Hopper
17 tonnes capacity countered with electromagnetic and a hydraulic feed opening, allows the Crusher to be choke fed, giving you high capacity and a quality product shape.
• Chute
Manufactured using 6mm mild steel plate.
• Conveyor Units Feed
EP400/3 x 800 wide Chevron Vulcanised belting takes the feed from the Hopper to the Cone Crusher. For transportation and maintenance the Feed Conveyor unit is hydraulic operated for lowering/raising.
• Discharge
With a discharge height of 3352mm the EP500/3 x 800 wide 5+1.5 toughed Vulcanised belting takes the finished product from the Crusher to the stockpile. For transportation and maintenance the Discharge Conveyor is hydraulic operated for lowering/raising.
• Platforms
Fabricated in 6mm Durbar Plate, complete with double row hand railing (conforms to British Standard) and access ladders also fabricated using Durbar material. Our mobile plants has been design to give you a free access flow around the plant, enabling multiple access for maintenance.
• Control Panels
Using modern PLC controls together with Ultrasonic level control, ensures the crusher is constant choke fed, together with a full automatic protection system for the hydraulic and lubrication system. Control panels are fitted into steel enclosure which neatly positioned on the side of the plant.
• Powerpack
BX300 series, Caterpillar C9, 350HP, 261KW, Tier III Stage IIIa, Full Electronic controlled air-to-air after cooled engine. All wiring on plant between control panels, motors and other equipment is included. Earthing equipment is excluded. For safety, all electrical work must be undertaken by a qualified registered electrician.
• Chassis
‘British made’ straight framed fabricated using mild steel, the chassis is equipped with twin axle running gear with 2 airlines pressure brakes with ABS, UK or continual lighting kit and 50mm (2”) dia flanged king pin for towing. The cone crusher is fitted onto a live frame supported on anti-vibration mountings. The chassis is supplied with 6 ‘EC’ bottle jacks (fitted in positioned), complete with elephants feet, for additional jacking support.
